1. How to distinguish heavy fault from light fault.
In case of light fault, the system will send out alarm signal and the fault indicator will flash. When a serious fault occurs, the system sends out a fault indication and the fault indicator light is always on. At the same time, send out instructions to disconnect the high voltage and switch on prohibition, and memorize the fault information and high voltage disconnection instructions. If the serious fault state is not eliminated, the fault indication and high-voltage disconnection instruction are still valid.
2. What are the light faults?
Light faults include: Transformer overtemperature alarm, cabinet overtemperature alarm, cabinet door opening, unit bypass. The system does not memorize light faults, only fault indication, and the alarm will be automatically eliminated after the fault disappears. In case of light fault alarm during the operation of frequency converter, the system will not shut down. In case of light fault alarm during shutdown, the frequency converter can continue to start.
3. What are the major faults?
In case of the following faults in the system, it shall be handled according to the major faults, and the major fault types shall be displayed in the upper left corner of the monitor: external fault, transformer overheating, cabinet temperature overheating, unit fault, converter overcurrent, high voltage power loss, interface board fault, controller non communication, interface board non communication, motor overload, parameter error and main control board fault. Unit failure includes fuse failure, unit overheating, drive failure, optical fiber failure and unit overvoltage. The external fault must be removed from the high-voltage breaking (cabinet door button or external contact) state before the system is reset to restore the system to the normal state; after the occurrence of a major fault other than the external fault, the direct system reset can restore the system to the normal state, but the cause of the fault must be found out before power on again. After the unit fault occurs, the unit status can only be detected after the high-voltage power supply is connected again. If the failure is difficult to analyze and it is uncertain whether the secondary high voltage can be applied, please consult the manufacturer. Note: do not switch on the power again without finding out the cause of the fault, otherwise the converter may be seriously damaged!
4. Transformer overtemperature alarm when the temperature measured by the transformer temperature controller is higher than its set alarm temperature (default setting is 100 ℃), the overtemperature alarm contact of the temperature controller is closed.
Check whether the top fan or the bottom fan of the transformer cabinet is working normally (if the bottom fan is not working normally, there may be a large difference in three-phase temperature); whether the temperature measurement resistance is normal (whether there is disconnection, bad contact of the line plug, if the contact is poor, the temperature value will be high); whether the filter screen is blocked (take a piece of A4 paper on the filter screen to see if it can be adsorbed, otherwise it is necessary to Clean the filter screen); check whether the frequency converter works in overload state for a long time; check whether the ambient temperature is too high (the ambient temperature should be lower than 45 ℃, otherwise, strengthen ventilation); check whether the fan switch and contactor installed at the front and bottom of the transformer cabinet are disconnected; check whether the fan control and protection circuit of the transformer cabinet is normal.
5. When the temperature at the temperature measuring point of the unit cabinet is higher than 55 ℃, the system will send out the light fault alarm of the cabinet temperature.
Check whether the top fan of the unit cabinet works normally, whether the fan switch installed in the secondary room trips, whether the filter screen is blocked (put a piece of A4 paper on the filter screen to see if it can be adsorbed, otherwise it needs to clean the filter screen), whether the frequency converter works in the overload state for a long time, and whether the ambient temperature is too high (the ambient temperature should be lower than 45 ℃, otherwise it needs to strengthen the ventilation (install on the wall Whether the fan control and protection circuit of transformer cabinet is normal.
6. When the temperature measured by the overtemperature transformer temperature controller is higher than its set trip temperature (default setting is 130 ℃), the trip contact of the temperature controller will close, and the system will report the transformer overtemperature fault.

7. The cabinet temperature is overheated.
When the temperature of the temperature measuring point of the unit cabinet is higher than 60 ℃, the system will report that the temperature of the cabinet is too hot and the system will fail again. For the inspection items, see the cabinet temperature over temperature alarm.
8. Whether the interlock alarm travel switch of cabinet door is compacted with the top part of cabinet door.
Whether the "pre stroke" and "over stroke" of the travel switch are appropriate; whether the electrical function of the travel switch works normally; otherwise, replace the interface board.
9. The controller does not communicate.
Confirm whether the communication line from the monitor control board to the main control board is connected correctly, and confirm that + 15V and + 5V on the monitor control board are correct; replace the main control board. Replace the monitor.
10. The main control board is faulty.
The monitor has established communication with the controller. If the monitor detects the failure of the main control board, it will report the failure of the main control board. Replace the monitor. Replace the main control panel.
11. Interface board does not work.
The communication between the communication monitor and the interface board is not established. The interface board will reset the monitor every 5 seconds. If the communication is not established in 3 minutes and 30 seconds, it will be judged as a serious fault. Check whether the communication line is normal, whether the wiring terminal is correct, whether the I / O board works normally, especially the working voltage, and whether the chips outside the I / O main control board are plugged in properly.
12. Parameter error.
