Shandong Inverter Fault: In today's electrical control system industry, soft starter is absolutely the most famous star. Helplessly as a technical integration of electrical equipment, electronic devices and other soft starters, it is by no means a good body! In order to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the soft starter, all kinds of accessories in the soft starter need to be replaced regularly besides regular inspection and cleaning. For this reason, I refer to a variety of information, combined with many years of work experience, will now change the time of five parts of the converter, to share with the vast number of electrical colleagues.
1. Radiator fan, as the precondition to ensure the normal operation of soft starter, is an indispensable variable of soft starter. Because of the damage of rolling bearings inside radiator fans and the reduction of lubricating grease characteristics during the whole process of application, the cooling capacity of fans is often greatly reduced. Therefore, cooling fans should be replaced in 2-3 years.
2. Contactors/relays are used as devices for charging control of DC circuit in frequency converters (mostly in domestic brands of frequency converters, and slow charging circuit of thyristors is used in foreign models). Contacts of contactors (high-power converters) or relays (low-power converters) often suffer from contact ablation and virtual connection after a period of use. Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of early prevention, it is often necessary to replace contactors or relays in about two years.
3. Electrolytic capacitors shoulder various volumes of electrolytic capacitors (most of which are aluminium electrolytic capacitors) with the filtering effect of DC busbar trough of soft starter. With the increase of application time, because of the harmfulness of electrolyte outflow of lithium batteries, impact of high working voltage and natural environment temperature and humidity, electrolytic capacitors need to be replaced after 3-4 years.
4. Under the influence of high current impact and temperature factors, the fuse will degrade its material properties with the prolongation of service time, which will lead to undesirable faults of the frequency converter. Therefore, the fuse should be replaced every seven years.
Fifth, PCB circuit board is often neglected by most of the peers. In fact, the PCB circuit board used in the converter, especially the switching power supply and voltage detection circuit, always needs to withstand high voltage, so the electrical insulation performance of PCB board in this part of the circuit will be inversely proportional with the use time, which is not good for the use of multi-layer PCB circuit board and part of the work quality. Inverter is very disadvantageous. For this reason, seven years should be taken as a replacement period for this part of the circuit.
